Description
PoweRope has the weight evenly distributed throughout a solid rubber rope. Handles have ball-and-socket swivel to make for a quick rotation. Available in three optional lengths to fit most users. Five weights, from 1/2 to 4 pounds. Racks available. How to determine the correct length of a rope for you: Step with one foot into the middle of the rope. Bring your hands up towards your chest.
