ALLN-1 F2 ADAPTER: The solution was to rethink how resistance bands could be modified, beyond just WRAPPING THEM AROUND A BARBELL or BENCH, and to add quality resistance to the training routine while maintaining the benefits of both the eccentric and concentric movements. The end result was a combination of our VRS training system. It consists of ALLN-1 Olympic Resistance Band Bar, VRS Clips, VRS Bands, and the latest edition, our ALLN-1 Olympic Resistance Band Bar Adapter. USE CARABINERS (NOT INCLUDED): Carabiners are widely used in keychain, rope rescue, construction, industrial rope work, window cleaning, whitewater rescue, and acrobatics. They are predominantly made from both steel and aluminum. Those used in sports tend to be of a lighter weight than those used in commercial applications and rope rescue. Quality equipment is suitable for practice and performance. BEST WAY TO USE: The inventor of these clips has been in fitness for over 30 years as a competitive bodybuilder and fitness consultant. MEASUREMENT OF ADAPTER: These will not work with 50mm plates (they usually have a steel centerpiece). F2 Adapter 50mm is .4 SMALLER than 2” inches so this adapter will be too big for your plates. We have different adapters for those. Please confirm the hole diameter of your plates prior to making your purchase. We can not be responsible if your plates are smaller than 2”.
